About Us

The Alliance Group is an affiliation of seasoned hotel professionals with multi-faceted experience in all aspects of the real estate cycle. We are dedicated professionals offering an owner both hotel management experience AND actual hotel ownership experience. We are owners and think like owners - an essential concept for survival in difficult markets.
This combination of operational and ownership expertise can be difficult to find.

Our services include the on-site management of hotel properties as well as asset management and advisory services for owners who manage their own properties.
The Alliance Group offers a wide range of services that are customized to the needs of each client.

Scott Lodde, Principal

Scott R. Lodde is a Principal of Alliance Real Estate Asset Management Group, LLC, a privately held firm specializing in advisory and asset management services to the real estate and insurance industries.

 

Prior to forming Alliance he was President of Accord Real Estate Group, Inc., an independent firm specializing in real estate development, financing, and asset management. He has a twenty-five year background in real estate asset and property management, acquisitions, financing, partnership structuring, loan workouts, accounting, financial analysis, information systems and administration.

Areas of Special Expertise:
Asset Management: emphasis on revenue generation, direct hotel sales training including core selling skills, negotiating skills, presentation skills, customer service, time management techniques, teambuilding and more.

Former Master Trainer - designed, developed, and delivered sales training programs for the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn brands.

Robert L. Kramm

President of Compass Consulting Group of Florida and the Carribbean.

 

Areas of Special Expertise:
Strategic and tactical solutions through organizational development and restructuring, property repositioning, and integrated business plan creation and execution. Highly experienced in luxury and full-service hotel, resort, and real estate services as well as professional sports and entertainment.
